Sunrise Yoga Above the Nation’s Capital Every Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. until the End of October.

This experience is designed for all levels, blending mindful movement, breath work, and reflection as the city awakens beneath us. Led by expert instructors from Demati, this practice is more than just yoga—it’s an invitation to ground yourself in the present moment, surrounded by history and energy unique to Washington, D.C.

After class, enjoy a complimentary tea, soaking in the peaceful rooftop atmosphere before stepping into your day refreshed, centered, and inspired. Those who participate receive 20% discount on a service at Hotel Washington’s Spa.
