About The Event
Calling all book lovers! Make a weekend out of the National Book Festival with great books, meaningful conversations, and new literary friendships. Meet fellow readers, find your book besties, and enjoy an intimate brunch book club with a bestselling author.
Itinerary:
- đ Friday | August 21 Â – Gather and meet other book worms and weâll make your ideal book fest agenda.
- đ Saturday | August 22 – Youâll have your plan in place for the book festival, other people in a text group to connect with and me, available to update you on line status, bring you a snack, or hold your stuff when you go to the bathroom.
- đ Sunday | August 23 – We zoom in from the bigness of the festival to the intimacy of a beautiful brunch where weâll discuss Lake Effect, the latest novel from best selling author Cynthia DâAprix Sweeney. Sheâll be with us to share her insights and answer all your questions. Plus, youâll get a copy of the book.
