CD, DVD and Vinyl Sale at CityCenterDC
About The Event
Join CityCenterDC on Saturday, October 10, in The Park for a Carpe Librum used book, CD, DVD and vinyl sale!
From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the sale will include used books, CDs, DVDs, and records, all for $3 to $7.
As one of Carpe Librum’s biggest fall events, they’ll feature thousands of books for all ages, including kids’ picture books, junior readers, beautiful art and coffee-table books, romance, mysteries, thrillers, poetry, politics, sociology, history, military studies, and more!
Buy a book for yourself, and Turning the Page will buy a book for families participating in their programs!
All of the proceeds from the event support Turning the Page, an education nonprofit that improves educational outcomes by supporting caregivers in Wards 1, 7, and 8. Turning the Page provides families with resources and one-on-one support. It also works to build home libraries, turning proceeds from used book sales into new books for families.
