No laptop screens. No desk lunches. No emails while eating. Step away from the office and enjoy a real lunch break at Lunchtime in the Park, a summer series brought to you by the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID).
Every Wednesday in June, from June 3 to June 24, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., bring your lunch to Franklin Park and turn your midday break into a recharge moment with fresh air and a cool breeze. Catch up with coworkers in the shade, stretch out on the lawn, or simply people watch while savoring your lunch on the park benches.
Each week, the park comes alive with music, lawn games, table tennis, basketball, and laid-back activities for you to unplug, picnic, and enjoy. Whether you stay for a quick bite or spend the full lunch hour outside, Lunchtime in the Park is your invitation to slow down, reset, and soak in the summer energy of Downtown DC. Register TODAY.
