This annual economic development report presents data and analysis highlighting the performance of DowntownDC’s economic sectors based upon the year prior to its release. Additionally, the State of Downtown Report provides current and historical data related to current development, employment, the office market, hotels, tourism and conventions, culture and entertainment, shopping and dining, the residential market, transportation, the public realm and information about the BID’s operations.
