With those hazy, lazy days of summer behind us, it’s time to get back to business—and recycling. By law, recycling is required in all commercial establishments, from office buildings and churches to museums and colleges and universities. Even apartments with four or more units aren’t exempt. Violators are subject to tickets and fines ranging from $200 to $1500.
