Sweet words and playful hearts unite! Planet Word and Washingtonian Problems are teaming up to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a lively game night – Wordplay Wednesday: Valentine’s Edition – across three floors of interactive galleries. From 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on February 11, explore the museum after hours while enjoying board games, word-based puzzles, crafts, karaoke, and playful activities designed to spark creativity and connection.
Play Scrabble with your sweetheart, meet a bookish bestie through a special scavenger hunt, sip Valentine’s-inspired cocktails, and compete for prizes throughout the night, including a Valentine’s package for two featuring a Lexicon Lane puzzle case and dinner at Immigrant Food. Drinks, beer, and wine will be available for purchase alongside complimentary sweet treats to keep the energy high.
