The Theatre Lab School of the Dramatic Arts presents As You Like It â a fun and inventive take on the Shakespeare original adapted by award-winning playwright Shaina Taub and Laurie Woolery. Performed by Theatre Labâs Creating a Musical Role class of 2023, the diverse, all-ages ensemble has learned how to put on a theater production from start to finish. Explore themes of community, acceptance, and refuge underneath the stars.
Named one of the New York Times‘Â Best Shows of 2017, Shaina Taubâs As You Like It is a magical tale of friends, family, feuds, and lovers in disguise. The story unfolds as a family, forced out of their home, escapes to the Forest of Arden, an immersive place of transformation.
