About The Event

Hostelling International DC invites the local community to a celebration of refugees’ cultural heritage, courage and talents. As HI DC strives to promote global citizenship and intercultural exchange, the event aims to amplify the voices of refugees. To that end, Manyang Kher, Founder of 734 Coffee and Lost Boy of Sudan, will share his inspirational story as a refugee and a social entrepreneur. 734 coffee and food from Falafel Inc will be served.
