The Queer Women of Washington Awards highlights DC’s LGBTQ community and Women’s History month in a fabulous intersectional celebration!
About this Event
Each year the Mayor’s Office of LGBTQ Affairs celebrates Women’s History Month in collaboration with their sister agency the Mayor’s Office on Women’s Policies and Initiatives and the Washington Blade. This night will celebrate the achievements, aspirations, and experiences of those women who are making history in Washington every day. Last year’s event sold out, so reserve your tickets now!
Last year, 40 women under 40 were selected as the inaugural class of honorees and celebrated at an evening at Google DC HQ and featured in the Blade’s March issue. Check out the 2019 winners!
