About The Event

Pride Plays, a free festival celebrating queer-themed plays, will return to Washington, D.C. in June 3 – 6, 2025, partnering with Woolly Mammoth Theatre as part of WorldPride 2025. This year’s festival will feature 6 full plays and post-performance Community Gatherings that include artist-audience talkbacks and facilitated discussions.

Play Schedule

Pony | June 3 and 5 at 7:30 p.m.
Novios | June 3 and 5 at 7:30 p.m.
Fear & Wonder | June 3 and 5 at 7:30 p.m.
The Normal Heart | June 4 and 6 at 7:30 p.m.
The Hotel/Makeda – A Baltimore Cycle Play | June 4 and 6 at 7:30 p.m.
Mother Mary | June 4 and June 6 at 7:30 p.m.

Cost: FREE. Donations are welcomed.
Location: Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, 641 D Street NW, Washington DC, 20004.
Metro: Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Station (Green/Yellow lines).
