About The Event

Founded in 1994, Otakon is an annual convention held in the summer months to celebrate Asian pop culture (anime, manga, music, movies, video games, etc) and its fandom. From August 8 – 10, 2025 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Otakon will be packed with a schedule that has tons to do.

Details

Cost: Single Day Tickets: $40 – $65. Full Weekend Tickets: $85 – $105. Children ages 8 and under are FREE.
Location: Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Allen Y. Lew Place NW, Washington, DC 20001.
Metro: Mt Vernon Sq 7th St-Convention Center (Green/Yellow lines).
