About The Event
We are thrilled to bring the first Signature Open Streets event of the year through DowntownDC!
This 1 œ mile route will connect Shaw, Mount Vernon Square, Chinatown, and Penn Quarter as people ride, bike, walk, socialize, and participate in programming planned exclusively for 7th Street!
Open Streets is designed for people of all ages and backgrounds. Want to ride uninterrupted across multiple different neighborhoods? Care to join a dancing or fitness class with your friends? Do you prefer to sit back and enjoy the line-up of diverse musical performances? How about bringing the kids out to enjoy family-friendly activities in one of downtownâs most popular corridors without the worry of traffic?
All of these are possible at the 7th Street Open Streets event! Kick-off the summer with a safe and exciting way to enjoy our streets!
No cars, just people.
