Notice of Board of Directors and Annual Membership Meeting
The Downtown Business Improvement District Corporation (BID) will convene a combined annual Membership and Board of Directors meeting at 4 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2016.The former will be held to elect new Board members and the latter will be held to elect new officers and to approve the proposed FY17 operating budget.
