Celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month with In a Sentimental Mood: Live Jazz & Yoga, and begin your week with a a slow, intentional flow. As you move through gentle poses, you’ll be enveloped in an atmosphere of pure artistic expression: soft, ambient lighting, delicate incense, and the transcendent live sounds of jazz. Joined by Kaya (@kayasymoneee) and talented musicians – Michael Bowie and Donato Soviero, this evening event is a love letter to jazz where music and movement intertwines.
Open to all experience levels, this practice promises to soothe your soul and help you find the harmony that exists between breath, movement, and music.
