About The Event
On March 28, step into the whimsical world of The Grand Budapest Hotel at the National Building Museumâs Great Movies in the Great Hall series. Wes Andersonâs visually stunning tale, set in 1930s Europe, follows a hotel manager navigating a rapidly changing world amid the rise of totalitarianism. Before the screening, film critic Pat Finn will explore Andersonâs signature visual style and the themes of aesthetics and the humanizing virtues of a curated life.
