About The Event

The first and third Sundays of every month are Free Community Days for the public at National Museum of Women in Arts. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore current exhibitions as well as the museum’s collection.

Advance reservation of timed tickets required. Reserve at nmwa.org/tickets.

What’s On View:

  • Mary Ellen Mark: Girlhood presents images photographer Mary Ellen Mark made throughout her career depicting girls and young women.
  • Selections from the Collection highlights works from the museum’s collection, which is regularly rotated to spark new thematic connections.
