About The Event

This Black History Month, celebrate culture and legacy through creatively crafted, story-driven dishes at Flavors and Stories: A Black History Culinary Experience at Le Méridien. From February 1–March 1, enjoy a special prix-fixe tasting menu inspired by West African, American, and French influences, with each dish paired with a story rooted in Chef David’s Ghanaian heritage. Complete the experience with 3–5 signature cocktails honoring influential Black icons, each accompanied by a card sharing the story behind the figure.
