Following her triumphant triple-extended run, Eddie Izzard in the Tragedy of Hamlet arrives in DC, bringing her iconic solo performance to Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Klein Theatre. From March 27 – April 11, take a seat as Eddie transforms into 23 characters in a bold and imaginative retelling of the classic play—shifting between men, women, ghosts, scholars, tyrants, courtiers, lovers, and fools.
Known as an actor, multilingual comedian, marathon runner, and activist, Eddie Izzard continues to push boundaries with a career defined by record-breaking tours and acclaimed film, TV, and stage performances.
