Get ready to fall into fun this Halloween at theĀ DowntownDCĀ Fall Festival! Join theĀ DowntownDCĀ BID and Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center for a day of free festivities that are sure to be a spooky good time.Ā Ā
Bring your family, friends and co-workers out to the Woodrow Wilson Plaza (1300 Pennsylvania Avenue) on Oct. 31 from 10am ā 2pm where you can enjoy pumpkin decorating with BLICK Art Materials, kooky costumed characters, installations from DCPL’s “Library on the Go-Go” truck AND book bike, festive musical entertainment, local food vendors, and so much more!Ā
