Authorized representatives of property owners, commercial tenants, and voluntary contributors within the Downtown BID area are eligible to vote at the membership meeting. The Downtown Business Improvement District Corporation (BID) will convene a combined Membership and Board of Directors meeting at 4 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2017.
