The DMV Anime Club’s annual Halloween Party will be on Friday, October 31 starting at 9:00 p.m. All are welcome. THIS IS A COSTUME MANDATORY EVENT. There will be a $200 Halloween costume contest. This is a 21+ event.

Location: Penn Social, 801 E Street NW, Washington, DC 20004.
Metro: Gallery Place-Chinatown (Red/Green/Yellow lines) via the 7th and F Street exit.
