About The Event

Explore how design and humanitarian efforts can work together to provide innovative and long-term solutions to crisis response efforts around the world. A panel of leading designers and humanitarian professionals (Jill Pable, Ph.D., FIDEC, ASID, WELL AP, professor, Florida State University and founder, Design Resources for Homelessness, Inc., Brian Kelly, Head of Community Stabilization Unit, International Organization for Migration (IOM), and Gretchen Schneider Rabinkin, executive director, Boston Society of Landscape Architects),will explore best practices and collaborative strategies that will aid in crises ranging from natural disasters to geopolitical events.
