About The Event

Immerse yourself in Chef Amy’s Kitchen and learn the art of making five quintessential Roman pasta dishes. The class will include a demonstration of each recipe and at the conclusion of the class we will join together for a family-style sampling of all the pastas. All the ingredients will be available for purchase at the end of the class.
