About The Event

In partnership with the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), the Mayor’s Office on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs (MOAPIA) has launched Chinatown Park Start FRESH!, a series of fun and healthy outdoor activities held in the Chinatown Park.

Chinatown Park Start FRESH! aims to encourage District residents to pursue more active and healthier lifestyle choices as well as to build neighborhood connections within the Chinatown community. The series offers family friendly events including their community picnic, which is FREE and open to the public.
