About The Event

We explore the best of Washington, D.C.’s vibrant LGBTQ+ community. Available on Facebook and YouTube, Pride in the City is a new web-series that will introduce online viewers to some of our favorite people and places in the Nation’s Capital. From bars and restaurants, to cultural treasures and small businesses, to the local heroes that make our community proud. Along the way, we’ll offer insider perspectives and the opportunity for viewers to participate in a variety of ways.

Episode #1: June 14, 2020 – #StillWe Entertain: The inaugural episode of Pride in the City will celebrate Washington D.C’s diverse and unique talent. Filmed in array of local theaters and DC institutions, this virtual showcase will feature pre-recorded live performances by local LGBTQ+ singers, dancers, drag performers, and much more.
