2026 Capital Book Fest
About The Event
On the third Thursday of each month, join Woodrow Wilson Plaza for the 2026 Capital Book Fest – the city’s beloved pop-up book sale. From 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, shop thousands of gently used books, CDs, DVDs and vinyl all on sale for $7 or less. Books are provided by Carpe Librum, a local bookstore benefitting the nonprofit organization, Turning the Page. There is something for everyone at this sale: children’s books, teen reads, brand-new bestsellers in great condition, classic vintage hardbacks, and more!
