On December 3, the Willard InterContinental Hotel will unveil this year’s Gingerbread Display, an all-new creation crafted in collaboration with Chef Gianpier Flores, Executive Pastry Chef of The Occidental. The 2025 Gingerbread Display will debut on December 3 and remain on view in the hotel lobby the end of the holiday season.
