About The Event
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Asian and Pacific Islander cultures at the 2023 Chinatown Community Festival at Chinatown Park.
MOAPIAâs Chinatown Community Festival features:
- Lively Performances: K-Pop dance, traditional Thai dance, Indian dance, taekwondo demonstration, wushu, yo-yo performance, Tahitian dance, lion dance, tai chi demonstration, Japanese tea ceremony, dances and performances from diverse AAPI cultures
- Family activities: Face painting, sand art, Japanese bonsai and pottery exhibition, Japanese anime, clay doll craft, henna design, 3-D paper cutting, calligraphy, and other Asian arts and crafts
- Free Bike Repair, book bike, photobooth and much more
