DowntownDC BID FY2025 Annual Report

Another year in DowntownDC, another chapter of progress. The DowntownDC Business Improvement District FY2025 Annual Report is here—and we took it to a whole new level.

This year, bold, elevated, and impactful guided everything we did.

From securing stakeholder approval for the first DowntownDC BID tax increase since 2019 to hosting the International Downtown Association’s 71st Annual International Downtown Association Conference that welcomed hundreds of global leaders in urban place management to experience Downtown DC—we said bold, and we meant it.

This year also brought us to a new chapter with a complete rebrand, featuring a striking new logo and confident red hue that show who we are and signal where we’re headed next. And of course, the DowntownDC Holiday Market celebrated its 20th anniversary—returning with a refreshed brand, look, and feel that brought even more holiday magic to residents and visitors alike.
