Visit the DowntownDC Holiday Market Now Through Dec. 23

The 13th Annual DowntownDC Holiday Market is in full swing, hosting a new variety each day of jewelers, crafters, candy makers and other artisans from around the world and the District in DowntownDC for the holidays.

Regional residents and visitors from around the world each year enjoy shopping for one-of-a-kind items at this unique outdoor market, consistently named one of the nation’s best holiday markets. The DowntownDC Holiday Market, produced by Diverse Markets Management (DMM) in partnership with the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID), offers over 150 curated vendors, who rotate daily throughout the market’s month-long duration, providing a unique shopping experience each time you visit.

The market is open daily now through Dec. 23 from 12pm-8pm on F Street NW between 7th and 9th streets.

Returning vendors include local jeweler Stio Design, handmade fleece clothing from The Mouse Works and printmaker Katherine Watson. This year, discover items from new vendors including local keepsakes from iconsDC, Quavaro bags from Leon, Mexico, specialty chocolates from Chocoidea of Germany and gifts from Legendary Bowties.

But the market isn’t just for gift shopping. Enjoy free, live musical entertainment daily at the market from groups such as Afro Nuevo, Clear Harmony Carolers, Project Natale, the 19th Street Band, the Stacy Brooks Band and more. Plus, purchase hot beverages and treats from Alexa’s Empanadas, Migue’s Magnificent Mini Donuts and Vigilante Coffee and enjoy authentic German food.
