Ah, it’s summertime in DC, and with so many readers scrambling to leave the city in August to go on vacation (do Washingtonians really vacation?) and beat the oppressive heat and humidity, there will be no August edition of the Downtown Update. The newsletter will return in September following a brief summer hiatus.
