As part of the DowntownDC BID’s commitment to develop an inclusive and welcoming space for demonstrators and all who live, work and visit DowntownDC, the BID partnered with the PAINTS Institute, the Denver Smith Foundation and other local artists to beautify downtown. The 27 mural exhibit showcases artistic expressions in solidarity with the Black Lives Matters movement on DowntownDC storefronts in Gallery Place (7th St between H and F Streets NW). Check out the exhibit of  this week and snap photos using #DowntownDCResilient. The project is being funded by the DowntownDC BID and its partners.
