Got a thing for the Material Girl? Well, mark your calendar. Madonna is coming to the Verizon Center (601 F Street) on Sunday, September 23. Tickets go on sale on Monday, February 13, at 10:00 am. But stay ahead of the game by attending a ticket lottery at the Verizon Center box office two hours earlier, at 8:00 am. And please, don’t get physical.

The Madonna 2012 World Tour will kick off on Tuesday, May 29, in Tel Aviv, Israel, and will make 26 stops in European cities and offer 26 North American shows, with the first in nearby Philadelphia on Tuesday, August 28.

Ticket prices: $358, $173, $93 and $48, plus applicable service charges. Tickets will be available through all Ticketmaster outlets, including the Verizon Center box office, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or via Phonecharge at 202-397-SEAT, 703-573-SEAT or 410-547-SEAT.
