Shakespeare Theatre Company – Harman Hall

About The Event

See Golden Globe-winning actor Brian Cox take the stage in The Score, playing September 11–October 18 at the Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Harman Hall.

Directed by the legendary Trevor Nunn, The Score pits creativity against the whims of power. Set in the spring of 1747, the play follows Johann Sebastian Bach (Brian Cox) as he reluctantly visits the court of Frederick II, where a musical challenge forces him to choose between artistic brilliance and his own moral convictions. Don’t miss Brian Cox’s acclaimed performance in the production’s only American engagement.
