Poolside Pilates
About The Event
Stretch, strengthen, and soak up the sun as Poolside Pilates comes to Hedy’s Rooftop for a guided session led by Artist-in-Residence Dunnie O. and special guest instructor Heidi Neal. It’s a laid-back way to move your body while taking in downtown DC skyline views.
The session kicks off Saturday, September 12 at noon, with doors opening at 11:45 a.m. at Hotel Zena’s rooftop on 14th Street.
As apart of Dunnie O.’s Summer Artist-in-Residence series, this rooftop workout blends wellness with community in one of Downtown DC’s most scenic settings. Bring your mat, grab a poolside spot, and start the weekend with a little movement and a lot of sunshine!

- Metro: McPherson Square Station (Orange/Silver/Blue lines) via the 14th and I Street NW Exit.
