We are back!

This was the motivating statement that encompassed the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID) State of Downtown Forum, held on Thursday, May 2 at The Hamilton Hotel in downtown, Washington D.C. This annual event hosted by the DowntownDC BID, is held in tandem with the release of the State of Downtown Report. The forum is designed to generate conversation, engagement and interest in the economy, security and development in Downtown D.C.
This year’s panel discussion included a robust line-up of diverse panelists and mirrored to the outline of the report looking at the economic landscape of Downtown D.C. through the lens of strengths, opportunities and potential. Mayor Muriel Bowser rounded out the program with encouragement and hope to Downtown D.C. residents, workers, stakeholders, and visitors.
