Take a Hike for the Homeless

Get out your walking shoes. Fannie Mae’s 22nd Annual Help the Homeless Walkathon gets underway on Saturday, November 21, beginning at 9:00 am on the National Mall.
 
Thousands of caring and committed individuals are expected to participate in this major fundraiser, which will take place rain or shine between 7th and 14th Streets. Make a difference in the lives of more than 12,000 individuals affected by homelessness in the metropolitan Washington area by turning out to show your support. The pre-registration fee, through November 19, is $25 for adults and $15 for young people under 26 years old. Adults pay an extra $5 to register on event day.
