Not to the masquerade ball, but to Del Frisco’s Grille, a new restaurant concept expected to open at 1201 Pennsylvania Avenue next summer. Billed as a classic bar and grill with a modern twist, this laid-back cousin to Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House will offer a medley of prime steaks, fresh seafood and American comfort foods, including filet mignon, Bay of Fundy salmon, veal meatloaf, and truffled mac & cheese. The new addition will inhabit 8,468 square feet (SF) in the long-vacant space once occupied by Les Halles, the popular French restaurant that brought savoir faire and partying masses to its annual Bastille Day Race and annual midnight Beaujolais Nouveau party. Del Frisco’s Grille will offer an extensive happy hour, late night fare and brunch. It currently has locations in Dallas and New York City. To learn more, visit www.delfriscosgrille.com.
