Looking to put up banners in Downtown? Don’t call us. Seriously, the DowntownDC BID banner program is no more. After more than a decade of managing a comprehensive program for street banners that added color and vitality to the Downtown streetscape and publicized a diverse array of events, activities and attractions, we’ve relinquished banner management to the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). So, if your organization wants to have a banner installed, it must now apply for a permit through DDOT’s Transportation Online Permit System (TOPS).
