Orangetheory is a total-body group workout that combines science, coaching, and technology to gain maximum results from the inside out. The workout is not HIIT: It’s heart rate-based interval training, where you train through five heart rate zones designed to charge your metabolism for more caloric after-burn, results, and confidence.


6:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
