About The Event
The Downtown Business Improvement District Corporation (BID) will convene a joint Annual Board of Directors and Membership meeting on Monday, June 13, 2022, 4:00 p.m. The Board of Directors meeting will be held to elect new officers and approve the proposed FY23 operating budget. The Membership meeting will be held to elect new board members.

Board members, authorized representatives of property owners, commercial tenants, and voluntary contributors within the DowntownDC BID area are eligible to vote at the Membership meeting. You have two options to attend the meeting: participate virtually or attend in person. RSVP required for virtual participation. Register here to confirm your attendance.
