Yoga and Massage is an experience that focuses on deep relaxation & mood regulation by combining restorative yoga with holistic massage therapy. Participants rest in the restorative poses, supported by bolsters and blankets, as they receive healing touch. These sessions also include sound healing, aromatherapy, and gentle breath work. The intention is to support your central nervous system and stress levels.
Embodied Soma is a platform for somatic therapies, and collaborates with various trauma informed Yoga instructors to co-create these experiences. The yoga facilitator guides the movements, while a licensed massage therapist moves through the space intuitively applying massage techniques and other natural healing therapies.
This month’s session features Yoga Facilitator NikHYA Mitani, of SOLTRE Wellness. She is a trauma informed practitioner with a focus on holistic therapies.
