Get ready for an autumn weekend of incredible dance music in the District’s largest downtown green space: Franklin Park. The popular Rock the Park DC WKNDR, produced by the DowntownDC BID in partnership with veteran producers and curators Abby O’Neill and Adrian Loving, returns on October 21–22. Headlined by internationally renowned DJs Moodymann and Miguel Migs feat. Lisa Shaw, this event will also showcase local performers and DJs from across the country spanning go-go, funk, hip-hop, house, Afrohouse, and rare groove. In addition to the performers, there will be food trucks, event-branded swag, and more. Rock the Park WKNDR is free, family-friendly, and open to all. Be sure to return to this page for future updates. This event will take place even if it rains. (Of course, we hope it does not!)
