Frosted at Franklin Park returns Saturday, December 2 and runs through Sunday, December 17! On weekdays, seize the chance to capture heartwarming holiday moments with delightful photo opportunities, turning memories into cherished treasures. And as the weekends unfold, brace yourself for winter activities, live performances, entertainment, and delectable treats that will warm your heart. Make Way for Festive Appearances
Witness holiday toys come to life during the Favorite Christmas Toys Parade on Saturday, December 2, 2023. The park will be alive with the joyous sounds of sleigh bells and laughter as the parade unfolds, bringing to life the whimsical spirit of the season. 

Mark your calendar for special appearances by none other than the big man himself, Santa Claus, and the mischievous Grinch and Lulu on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Santa will be spreading holiday cheer while The Grinch and Lulu add a dash of mischief with playful antics. Santa Claus will return on Saturday, December 16, 2023, for one last enchanting appearance ensuring every wish is granted and every heart is filled with the warmth of the season. 

So bundle up and embark on a whimsical journey, where winter wonders unfold, and the magic of “Frosted @ Franklin” comes alive.

The Illuminated Story of Baby & Momma Bear

Embark on a heartwarming journey through “Baby and Momma Bear.” This captivating story comes to life through enchanting illumination, revealing the bond between a mother bear and her cub. Frosted Maker’s Market
Unleash creativity in Frosted Maker’s Market, where the season’s magic comes alive. From wreath-making to screen printing, punch needling to gingerbread house crafting, each workshop is a celebration of creativity. Immerse yourself in the joy of crafting, surrounded by the scent of evergreens and warm beeswax. Workshops include: 

Intro to Punch Needle Snowflake Workshop

Performers in exquisite winter costumes twirl and dance, creating a harmonious celebration. Weekend performances featuring Matthew Critteden and the Washington Performing Arts Men and Women of Gospel Choir, Brad Linde and Frenchie Davis, Justin Trawick and Kyaira.
