DC History Center and DC Public Library invites community members, students, educators, and practitioners to this free in-person conference series.
The DC History Conference begins Thursday, March 31. Dr. Marcia Chatelain will kick off the conference with the Letitia Woods Brown Memorial Lecture at the Charles Sumner School Museum & Archives (the only session at this venue).
The conference continues on Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2 at the DC Public Library‘s Martin Luther King Jr. Library with panels, keynotes, the reception, History Network, and Poster Session.
Registration for the 3-day event, March 31–April 2, is free for all.
