You can walk in the street. No, really you can. Check out Chinatown Park where the BID recently installed temporary pedestrian enhancements. We did a study to assess and improve pedestrian safety and experience conditions beyond the sidewalk. Here's what we did. Install multiple curbside extensions to help calm traffic, offer residential oriented programming opportunities as well as public art to celebrate the neighborhood’s cultural significance. Meet us in the park and check it out!
