On the business side: A couple of grants are accepting applications to support small business owners, and businesses can apply to operate for extended hours during the FIFA Women’s World Cup. We also want to congratulate the restaurants that won at Sunday’s RAMMY awards.

The Downtown Action Plan is a collaborative effort — led by the Golden Triangle and DowntownDC BIDs, in partnership with the Federal City Council and with support from the D.C. government — to reimagine D.C.’s central business area for a successful future. And we want your ideas! What needs to change? What would you like to see? No idea is too small or too large, and no topic is off the table. Go to ReimagineDowntownDC.com to submit your thoughts. While you’re there, learn more about the Action Plan, see where we are in the process, and sign up for emails to stay engaged. Thank you!
