Join the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID) for The RED Event, our 2025 Annual Membership Meeting and Rebrand Launch on Wednesday, June 18 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the The Royal Sonesta Washington.
We’re pulling back the curtain on a new era with a reimagined brand, a fresh vision, and a few surprises you’ll have to see to believe. Programming will include an unveiling of a new brand and vision that “REDefines” the energy and identity of Downtown D.C. Experience includes:

Membership Voting Information
Upon arrival for the DowntownDC BID Annual Meeting, DowntownDC BID Members will have the opportunity to vote to renew the entire slate of current board members whose terms are expiring and a new slate of board members.
DowntownDC Members who are eligible to vote consist of board members, property owners or their authorized representative, commercial tenants, and voluntary contributors within the DowntownDC BID area.
