We’re popping up in Franklin Park Tuesdays this month for an outdoor beginner and intermediate friendly boxing class. No equipment required. Just wear comfortable clothing and be ready to knockout the week!

We can’t think of a better way to get your mindset focused than fusing boxing and yoga at the beautiful Franklin Park. This is the warrior combo. This class will be 30 minutes of boxing training designed for all levels and 30 minutes of Yoga to reboot your mind-body awareness. This is perfect for all levels and no gloves required. Please bring your own yoga mats.
